*We do require 50% deposit for all spa services over $20.00
*We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your any appointment that requires a deposit. If we do not receive the required notice the deposit will go to the technician.
*Arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment is considered a no-show and will result in the loss of your deposit.
*We do take clients while they are on their cycle and will still require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
*We do require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule due to lack of hair growth.
*If you are unable to reach someone at the salon. You may email or leave a message on the answering service.
*Three No Shows will require you to pay the amount of the entire service in advance.
Color Services
*New Color clients will require a consultation.
*Specialty color will require a deposit.
