Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation. If less than 24 hour notice is given to reschedule or cancel, the deposit will be forfeit. A “No show” will be charged for the full value of the total scheduled services. Gift certificates can be used to hold your spa reservation. A 50% deposit of scheduled services is required to reserve Brazilian waxing.
