Please review our deposit policy.
- We do require a 50% deposit for all spa services over $20.
- We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment that requires a deposit. If we do not receive the required notice, the deposit will go to the technician.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment is considered a no-show and will result in the loss of your deposit.
- We do take clients while they are on their cycle and will still require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- We do require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule due to lack of hair growth.
- If you are unable to reach someone at the salon. You may email or leave a message on the answering machine.
- Three ‘No Shows’ will require you to pay the amount of the entire service in advance.
Color Services
- New color clients will require a consultation.
- Specialty color will require a desposit.
- Color clients who ‘no show’ or do not give 24 hours notice, to cancel or reschedule, will require a deposit for future appointments.
